The Figure 8 central loose tube fiber optic cable is designed for self-supporting aerial installations in outdoor communication networks. Manufactured with G.652D or G.657A1 single-mode fiber, it provides low attenuation, stable signal transmission, and reliable long-distance communication performance.
Its central loose tube construction protects the optical fibers from moisture and mechanical stress, while the integrated steel messenger wire provides excellent tensile strength for direct aerial deployment without additional support cables. The optional steel tape armored structure further enhances crush resistance and durability in harsh outdoor environments.
Available in 2 to 12 core configurations, this Figure 8 aerial fiber optic cable is widely used for FTTH projects, telecom backbone networks, rural broadband deployment, campus networks, and utility communication systems. OEM and customized specifications are available to meet different project requirements.
